Fees for Estate Management Scheme applications area outlined below.

Replacement - Genuinely like for like. The replacement of an existing feature that will not alter its location, scale, appearance, design, materials and/or colour	£77	EMS application with supporting plans to check that the proposal is genuinely like-for-like
Small Projects* - where the alteration is not a like for like replacement. A proposed feature not currently present, or existing being replaced with changes, on the property or land - small in scale/impact	£85	EMS application with supporting plans
Medium Projects** -  where the alteration is not a like for like replacement A proposed feature not currently present, or existing being replaced with changes, on the property or land - Large scale/impact	£157	EMS application with supporting plans
Major Projects*** Extension to a property including a front, rear and side extensions	£41/m2 - (Limited to £750)	EMS application with supporting plans
Environmental Projects**** The addition of environmental/alternative energy initiatives to the host property or land	Free	EMS application with supporting plans to check the proposal is acceptable with minimum harm
Tree or Hedgerow Works Application for the  removal or works to a existing tree 4m / 15 feet tall or greater. Hedgerow removal works to all features to the front of a property.	£31	Tree and Hedgerow EMS Application

At present the Council charges £271 for retrospective applications.
